Laura Loughlin found her brutal conditioning programme paying off on Saturday in the NIA indoor meeting at Jordanstotn High Performance Centre, a big pb, making her the first girl from North Down AC to go over 11 metres and taking her to the top of the triple jump indoor rankings. Her winning jump of 11.25m came right at the end of an excellent series. Also competing was Kathy Hetherington who won the shot with 8.68m in her first indoor meet of the season.
