It seems some time, though it is only 3 weeks, since the first weekend of the AAI Age Groups were held but the remaining individual events were completed on Saturday at Tullamore. Matthew Martin added to his rapidly increasing medal collection by winning the U17 javelin in 55.11m, 14m ahead of his nearest challenger. In his second event, the shot, he took silver with 14.48m bettering his pb by 8cm and 5cm off the lead. Glen Willis with 4:21.35 min in the 1500m was a second off his pb.
