Amy Foster broke training for a final crack at the Indoors on Saturday, finishing third at Nenagh in the Under 18 Irish Indoor Championsips. Amy ran 25.79, behind the Galway City Harriers pair of Gemma Hynes and Katie Lydon. No other North Down athlete was involved.
