Amy Foster ran 12.13 sec (0.3) for 100m and 24.36 sec (0.5) for 200m in Albertville, France as part of her build-up for the European Junior Championships which start this week in Hengelo, Holland. The 100m begins on Thursday the 19th July and the 200m on Friday the 20th July 2007. Amy goes into the Championships ranked inside the top 40 over 100m and 19th over 200m.
