[Not a valid template]Club runners were out in force at the weekend particularly on Friday night at the Ards Half Marathon. Noteworthy were Simon Seaton in 5th in 78:15 min, Julie Balmer, 3rd in a strong womens field in 89:14 min and Stephanie Hambling who was first F40 in 93:45. Lynne Kerr was 3rd F45 but more or less wrapped up the Half Marathon Series in her age group. The absent Roberta Dornan needs one more race to win the overall womens prize. Norman Lellyett, Ange Perrott and David Montgomery were at Mary Peters 70th Birthday 10K on Sunday.
