[Not a valid template]The ladies team of Lynne Kerr, Jill Aicken and Sarah Benton could not quite repeat their 2009 1st team placing at the Armagh 10 mile road race on Sunday but took 2nd place behind a strong North Belfast team. Additionally Lynne had a category win at F45 and Jill took the 2nd F35 prize, On an unseasonally warm day with strongish winds there were 400 finishers on the hilly course. Simon Seaton was the first club runner home in 15th with 57:48 min. Other club runners were Michael Stewart, James Barr and Pat O’Driscoll
