Ben Reynolds ran a new pb, improving his own North Down AC record, when he was 3rd in the 110m hurdles on Wednesday at the Namur Atlessima meeting in Belgium. The race was won by Mike Ivan Kruchten of the Netherlands in 14.09 sec with Lawrence Clarke of England 14.14 sec and Ben 14.28 sec (0.1). Ben"s time was 0.06 sec faster than his pb and 0.09 secs away from the Northern Ireland record for the event.
