Two North Down vests appeared in Benidorm over the weekend and participated in the well organised Benidorm road races.
Noreen McCausland ditched the camera for an hour and completed the 10k course, no mean feat considering the calf injury of 3 weeks ago. Cliff McCausland took on the half marathon distance and felt at home when the rain came on on the third mile. He braved it out to finish his first half marathon in a creditable time of 1:52:30.
The Larne half will be very similar in the Spring with sea views and a mix of sunshine and showers.
