Several NDAC athletes were competing for BAL clubs on Saturday. Ben Reynolds (competing for WSE&H) clocked 14.44s (-0.2) for 5th place in the A string 110mH at the Premiership match in Birmingham. Brendon McConville and Pete Glass were busy athletes for Liverpool Harriers at the division 1 match in Sheffield with Brendan competing in 5 events and Pete in 2 with their best being: Brendan’s 4.80m PV (3rd A string) and Pete’s 4.50m PV (2nd B string). Further South in Kingston, Robin Brown ran 15:39.34 5k for Herne Hill Harriers to place 4th B string in the division 2 match.
