Hannah Lewis continued her recent good form to take silver in the Long Jump at the BUCS indoor champs in Sheffield this weekend. Hannah jumped 5.75m behind her Bath team-mate Karen Murray (5.95m). Though she says she could not get it right in the final, Hannah jumped 5.95m in the qualifying round, an indoor pb by 15cms. She also took the lead leg for Bath in the 4 x 200m relay, the team coming 2nd to Loughborough. In the womens 1500, Lauren Scott was unlucky not to walk away with a medal in a blanket finish for 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Lauren was in 2nd off the final bend but just lost out on 3rd to Eilish McColgan by 0.06 with Lauren clocking 4:32.25.
