[Not a valid template]Gary McClernon won the 4 mile Open Castle Park Road Race, sponsored by Muir and Addy,in 20.07 from Alan McCullough in 20.13, Andy Campbell in 20.29 and Brian Campbell in 20.34. Paul Pollock was 5th and 1st Junior in 20.43. Willowfield retained the team title while the first woman was Fionnuala McCourt in 27.41. There was a good double for the home team in the boys races with Robin Brown winning the 1 mile U15 race in 5.10, a feat repeated by Jordan Neil in the 2 mile U18 race in 10.14. Emma McShane and Sarah Neary won the corresponding girls races in 5.49 and 13.05
