A Club Handicap over the Crawfordsburn Adidas Trail will be held on Saturday 18th December. Age, gender, performance level all no barrier. Meet in the car park at Crawfordsburn Country Park, warmed up and ready to run at 11.00 am. No abuse of the handicapper(s) please.
