At the NIAF agm on 10th March, North Down AC was declared Club of the Year in the Track and Field Report, having won 4 of the 6 available team titles and provided all the Northern Ireland decathlon team which was second to England in the Home Nations Championships. At the Home Nations, Brendan McConville was first Senior and Tom Reynolds first Junior.
Athlete of the Year was Brendan McConville with 4 decathlon scores over 7000, a GB vest at the Europa Cup and 3 titles at the Northern Ireland Senior Championships.
