At 13, Craig McMeechan was the youngest of the 74 runners on Friday evening in the Killyleagh 5 mile road race. He was also the first in of the 7 North Down runners in 14th overall and 32:16 min. Close behind was brother Jamie McMeechan in 32:25, Debbie Matchett in 32:49 and father David McMeechan in 34:00 so the ParkRuns would appear to be paying off. Andrew Muir, John McGarvey and Pat O’Driscoll completed the North Down line-up.
