Three North Down athletes ran East Down AC’s undulating Rollercoaster 5k (the clue is in the title) around the outside of Downpatrick Racecourse on Saturday. Julie Balmer was the leading NDAC athlete, placing 2nd female in 19:23 min and the first F35 with Nick Irvine 28th overall in 20:00 and Michael Spencer 77th in 27:11. A belated welcome to new member Michael on his first outing under the North Down banner.
