Michael Dyer won the BMC 800m A race at Stretford midweek, dipping under 1:52 again for a 1:51.91 clocking while John Saulters ran 400m at the same meet to clock 50.6. Michael has now hung up his spikes for the season after running something like 20 800m races since February – most of them under 1:54.
