The Edwards & Co Super 5 Series – the Lagan Valley Thursday Meets – resumed at Mary Peters on Thursday night with the events scheduled for Round 4. Actually it was only the 3rd to be held as the original Round 3 was postponed until later due to work on the track. In the open 1500m race Jordan Stokes was 2nd with 4:07.7 min, James Budde was 4th in 4:13.0, Francis Marsh 5th in 4:19.1, Glen Willis was 7th overall and the age group wiinner in 4:22.1 and Conor Boyle 10th in 4:58.6. Tom Reynolds also competed in the open events with11.25 sec for 100m and 1.80m for high jump. In the U16 girls high jump Alex Catherwood was 2nd with 1.45m.
