Eva Massey put aside her injury woes of the last few years when her putt of 16.60m smashed the Northern Ireland National Record at the Loughborough International on Sunday.. This takes her back to the top of the British rankings and removes Mary Peter"s decades-old putt of 16.31m from the record books. Eva"s injuries which include wrist surgery have been well documented and she has had to re-model her technique and use the rotational action.
Mike Dyer ran 1:53.77 in the 800m at the same meeting and Steven Morrow 1:57.39.
