A series of 3 races took place in the harbour estate, Belfast on Monday morning. 3k, 5k and 10k were the options with each starting at different times so there was the option to participate in more than one race.
Gareth Watton had a great win in the 3k race clocking 9:28. Junior squad member Carter Rolston finished in a magnificent 9th spot in the race timed at 11:00 and young Blake Watton recorded 12:39 to finish 20th.
The 5k race included Paula Simpson who finished on 23:11 and must be in with a shout of the F55 prize.
Alan McConnell was first ND runner home in the 10k race with a time of 41:19 while Les Wilkinson crossed the line in 42:14 which should also be good enough for an age category win. Cliff McCausland completed the North Down lineup recording 54:55.
