An award ceremony took place at the Mary Peters track on Monday night to recognise the achievements of those young athletes who participated in last year’s series.
Niamh Fenlon won the Mini Girls Athlete of the Series after finishing either 1st or 2nd in every event she entered. This included the 2500M, Shot, Long Jump and 600M with the odd sprint thrown in.
Well done Niamh and good luck for this year’s events.
