First Footers

Ladies Captain Sarah Benton was the first North Down finisher of 2015, taking advantage of the early start at the Comber New Years Day parkrun (ok it’s a timed run, not a race). In her 85^th parkrun,  Sarah was 2^nd lady in a respectable 23:27 min. Others at Comber from the club were Jonathan McGrath and Joanne Harris and Simon Cummings. At the Waterworks parkrun, starting slightly later, Steve Wise ran 20:40. The more gruelling Race Over the Glens was due later in the afternoon.
