The Race over the Glens is a tough off-road trail race from Glenariff Forest Park over 5.5 miles of very hilly terrain and is usually held on New Years Day. Not this year as bad weather caused a cancellation, only for the rearranged race on 3rd April to clash with further snow and ice. At the third time of asking the race took place on Saturday morning. The ladies race was won by Roberta Dornan in 40:13 min with Stephanie Hambling second in 43:08 min – another great result for the womens" section of the club. Roberta is according to the trophy the Queen of the Glens while she and Stephanie also got the medals for F35 and F40.Glens One Two for Roberta & Steph
