Congratulations to Aaron Sexton after winning gold in the 200m final on Sunday in the Bahamas. Aaron progressed through the heat and semi final, winning both and as he did so his time also improved. His best was reserved for the final when he stormed to victory in 21:57, four hundredths of a second clear of 2nd.
This is a fantastic achievement for Aaron, his coach father Roger and North Down Athletic Club and is just reward for the quality training and hard effort over recent months.
