Lloyd Hannigan used his Christmas ‘break’ to good effect by tackling both the Geencastle and Lough 5 mile road races close to his native Omagh. At Greencastle, Lloyd placed 42nd in 32:00 over the undulating course, while 5 days later he went over a minute faster with 30:52 for 23rd over the flatter Lough 5mile road race on New Year’s Eve.
