The penultimate race in the Pure Running half marathon series took place at Groomsport on Saturday 13th. It also included a 10K race which involved a few of our athletes.
David Massey finished a magnificent 2nd place in the 10K race with a time of 40:07.
In the half marathon Chris Speers was first home with 1:22:20 in 6th place. Many of our runners competed in this event and Eamonn O’Reilly will have enhanced his half marathon series rankings with a 13th place finish in 1:29:10.
