Three of our athletes attended Tullamore stadium on Saturday for the Glohealth National Championships and came away with considerable success.
Clare Robinson doubled up with the U23 100M hurdles and the Long Jump and prospered in both events. In the 100M hurdles Clare recorded 15:69 to win by over one full second and in the Long Jump was awarded 3rd place after jumping 5:08 which was her first counting jump.
Eileana Hull finished a comfortable 2nd in the junior Javelin with a throw of 34:58 and Niall McGrattan won the U23 Javelin (result not recorded).
