[Not a valid template]A few club members had entered the Irish Masters Championships at Tullamore on Saturday but only Michael Roberts and Paddy McGrattan made it on the day. Michael competed in the V6 category (60-64) in which he won the 400m in 64.94 sec and was 2nd at 800m in 2:31.60 min. Paddy, who was doing hammer and 56 lbs weight for distance for the club the following day in the National League Final, elected to make a weekend of it and do the same events in the Masters, He was 2nd in the V3 (45-49) hammer with 27.40m and 3rd in the weight for distance with 5.13m.
