Jordan Neil smashed his recent 3k pb and club record by 12 secs in winning the Sykes & Sabcock challenge cup 3k at Penn State Uni on Sat 5 Feb. Early pace to 1600m was relatively slow with Jordan picking the pace up and covering the last 400 in 58sec.
