Simon Seaton was first club member home with 26th in 36:16 min and Nicklas Arkensparr had a good run with 40th in 37:30 min. However the results catching the eye were three athletes in a rich vein of form. Brian Barron, still in his first season was in 34th overall and was third Junior. Stephanie Hambling won the F35 category with 78th overall in 40:28 min and Debbie Matchett won the F40 category with 92nd overall in 41:29 min. Along with Jill Dowie, the girls won the womens team event. An excellent turnout saw 412 finishers in a race won by Paul Rowan in 31:43 min with Breege Connolly first woman in 37:47 min.
