Lauren Scott made a huge pb increase at 1500m on Friday night. Competing in the BMC Watford Grand Prix, Lauren was 3rd in 4:32.77 min in the C race, slicing 21 secs off her previous best earlier this season and coming within 3 secs of Alison O"Neill"s 28 year old club record.
