Its short notice and its a holiday week (the track is closed Easter Monday and Tuesday ) but all members are welcome on Thursday 8th April when the Lucozade Science Support Team will be present at the Sportsplex. From 6.00pm to 7.00pm there will be a 1 hour sports science seminar emphasising nutrition and rehydration with 15 minute question and answer session. From 7.00pm to 8.00pm there will be 1 hour Smart speed testing session – open to all athletes and coaches.
