With the opening of the outdoor season only a day or so away, the AAI All Ireland Age Group Indoor Championships took place in Nenagh over the weekend. Matthew Hamilton was the only North Down AC to make the long trip and he came back with two 4th"s and two pb"s. On Saturday he was 4th in the final of the U15 boys 60m in 7.91 sec. The time meant he improved his own U15 indoor club record of 7.96 sec from the Odyssey this year as well as reversing the Ulster placings at the Odyssey when he was 2nd.
