Michael Dyer smashed his own 800m club record with a run of 1.53.7 in the Loughborough University BUSA team trials this Saturday. This performance has secured his place in Loughborough’s very strong team for next week’s BUSA championships in Birmingham, and shows that his last three weeks training in Bangor has been nearly as good as any warm weather training – for getting results!
