The 10K in Millisle on Saturday from the PSC could hardly have gone better from the club wiewpoint. Simon Seaton and Nick Arkensparr were 2nd and 6th in 34:15 and 35:16 min, Roberta Dornan was the 1st female in 39:16 min (pb), David Seaton was 1st M55 (the oldest category on offer) in 39:39 min, Debbie Matchett was 1st F40 in 42:32 min and Jill Dowie was 2nd F35 in 43:35 min. Other strong runs came from Andrew Muir, Jonathan Reid and Sarah Benton while the legendary Janice McCartney continued here comeback in the 5K fun run.
