North Down AC are delighted to announce the return of the primary school Minis Competition. The 2024 events will take place at Bangor Sportsplex on the following dates:
- Wednesday 17th April 2024
- Wednesday 22nd May 2024
- Wednesday 19th June 2024
Events:
- Throw (Shot Put)*
- 80/100m race**
- Long Jump
- 600m race
Online registration has now closed.
Events commence 7.00pm.
*If your child has no experience of a throws event using specific equipment it would be unwise to enter them. There will be no facility for ‘on the spot’ coaching at the event, and safety is paramount.
**P5 & P6 will race 80m and P7 will race 100m.
£5 per child per night for UP TO 3 events – Suitable for P5, P6 & P7 only.
Please note there will be no photo finish. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian when not competing.
