Starved for weeks of competition and quality training, North Down AC athletes descended in droves at Moira Demesne for the City of Lisburn cross country promotion.. Though there were no team prizes half dozen of our top girls were out in the Senior Ladies race with four in the first eight. Stephanie Hambling was in superb form with 2rd overall and first F40. Of the dozen in the Senior Mens race Niall Robinson was best in 4th overall with Francis Marsh in 9th top M40. Another podium finish went to Glen Willis who was 3rd in the U18 race with Conor O’Boyle 7th.
