The ParkRun Series in Waterworks Park, Belfast, continues to be a rich provider of 5K pbs and all three club athletes on Saturday came away with one. Nick Irvine was first North Down runner in 21:04 min followed by 3rd lady Lynne Kerr in 21:23 and 5th lady Jill Aicken in 21:52. On the age-adjusted ratings, it was Lynne”s reult which stood out, her 77.25% being the fourth best result, and best female, result of the day.
