Kirkistown Races
The latest series of races around the Kirkistown race course took place on Sunday. With all race proceeds going to the Belfast Tandem Cycling Group for blind and visually impaired it was a very worthy cause.
Eamonn O’Reilly took advantage of the pan flat 1.5 mile circuit to record an impressive 1:24:38 which placed him 3rd. Clare Russell also took advantage of the push buggy friendly course to wheel wee Sean around the course, 4 times to make up the 10k. Well done to Sean on completing his first 10k in North Down colours too.
