The vets association is very active at the moment and promoted its 5 mile race at CIYMS last night, Olympics or no Olympics with Alan McCullough a clear winner in 24.44. North Down results were Ian Atkinson 13th 29.56; Tony Wall 17th 30.49; Derek Jeffers 20th 31.23; Pauline Mossey 47th 39.19. Derek won the over 60’s and Pauline was 8th in the womens’ race.
