The North Belfast 10K was held at Mallusk over a two lap course in more bad weather and was won by Kevin Seaward in 31.35. For North Down, Simon Seaton had another good run in 35.40 while George Bell returned to action and was first M50 in 39.40. Others to run were Pat McMullan in 42.29, Jill Dowie in 47.54, Pat O”Driscoll in 49.14 and Sarah Benton in 52.18. In the One lap 5K for Juniors Jessica Craig was first U18 girl in 23.10.
