The second race of the North Down AC Grand Prix is on Saturday, November 30th at the Seeley Cup (Ormeau Park at 2.00pm). Valerie has 32 athletes registered on the master list. If you intend running on Saturday and want your points to be included, please email/text her to put your name on the list. There is no entry on the day and pre-entry ends on Tues 26th at 5.00pm.
