13 North Down runners took to this weeks Victoria Park Parkrun with Dennis Scott coming out top with the fastest time of the day and parkrun pb of 16:40. James Budde made his continued return to fitness with 3rd in 16:53. In the womens section, Marie Devine placed 3rd in 23:21 (a shade outside her pb). At the hilly Carmen 10k, Lloyd Hannigan came home 14th in 38:18.
