Several North Down AC Athletes competed in Monday night’s QUB v UU match at Mary Peters which was won by UU.
Competing for UU were Jeremy Harper (1st discus 39.62m and 1st 56lb 6.29m), Neil Dougan (2nd discus 25.04 and 4th 56lb in 3.34m), Kenny Elliot (3rd 300m 37.2) and Francis Marsh (3rd 3000m 9.01.6. ). Competing for QUB were John Saulters (1st 300m 35.7, 56lb 3.79m, and winning medley relay 400m anchor leg), Gemma McAnirn (6th discus 17.63m and 6th 100m 15.5). Competing as guests were David Keys (discus 1.75kg: 38.03), Michael Dyer (3000m 9.16.5) and James Budde (3000m 9.17.4).
