Despite a troublesome foot and “taking it easy” by her standards, Roberta Dornan reversed her original decision not to contest Round 3 of the East Antrim Trail Series. Roberta won the approx 3 mile race at Tardree Forest in 21:34 min whlie Stephanie Hambling again finished second in 22:34 min. This gives both girls maximum points and an unassailable lead in their respective categories ie F35 and F40. The promoting club rule that overall prizes will be awarded on points from 3 of the 4 races. Simon Seaton, who also had maximum points from winning races 1 and 2, opted to skip Round 3.The fourth and final round which is on Tuesday 22nd June starts at 7.30pm and will be at Woodburn Forest over approx 4½ miles, starting beside Woodburn Presbytarian Church.
