Three runners and three podium places for North Down on Saturday at Mount Stewart. Young Carter Rolston took 2nd place in the 2K race timed at 7:06, a mere 1 second off winning the race. 
Clair Quigley made it two podiums in the space of a week after Crawfordsburn, when she won the ladies race in the 10k event, and in doing so finished in a very respectable 5th place overall, 44:09.
And to round off the successful treble Paula Simpson won the ladies race in the half marathon clocking 2:03:11.
