Saturday was a yet another really awful day and the Beijing TV made a beguiling alternative but the dedicated went for the Scott & Gault 10 Mile Race in Ballyclare. Marcus McAuley was 56th in 70.29 min, Paul Galloway 69th in 73.52 min, Jill Dowie 97th in 84.39 min and Sarah Benton 109th in 90.08 min.
