North Down AC’s Rachel Gibson and Mark Carberry, the latter racing in Stirling University colours, were in action at the Scottish 4k short course championships at Lanark race course on Saturday 4th November. In firm conditions Mark placed a better than expected 31st(12:17) in the men’s championship out of 505 athletes, while Rachel Gibson was back in the mix finishing 23rd (14:40) in the women’s race.
