Thev Seeley Cup incorporating the NI 10K Championships took place after incessant rain and sleet had modified but strong winds and huge puddles still made the course difficult. North Down had 16 finishers with Francis Marsh, Robin Brown, James Budde, Simon Seaton, Brian Barron and Niall Robinson all in the first 80 and were 5th team. Francis was 2nd M40, Debbie 1st F40 and Gary Swenarton 1st M55. Gareth Turnbull and Kerry Hary were individual winners with Armagh and North Belfast winning mens and womens team prizes.
