Solihull BMC

Jordan Neil took the 1500m club record below 3.50 with a 3.49.2 clocking in the B 1500m race at the BMC Grand Prix meet at Solihull. Conditions were a bit breezy, so it"s not suprising that Jordan was just a little off the 3.48 World junior champs qualifying time. Less lucky in chasing a pb was Michael Dyer, who ran the D 800m race. The pace maker only made it to 300m with the bell taken in 55s at the front. Michael ended up with 2nd place and a hand time of 1.52.4. Michael tries again over 800m at Stretford on Tuesday, while Jordan hopes to take a bit off his 3K pb next Saturday at the IMC meet, Dublin.
