Another round of the Spar 10K series was held in Coleraine on Wednesday evening with Simon Seaton and Jill Aicken from North Down AC making the trip. Simon was 5th overall in 34:23 min while Jill imn 72nd overall was 9th lady and 4th in the F35 category.Coasters GB, a bunch of nutters who are currently running a relay round the coast of GB, have called for more runners to take part in the Northern Ireland leg which is expected to be in October but needs to be firmed up by the end of August.
